Als leerling operator 3-ploegendienst ga jij stroopwafels, spritsen en oreo koekjes produceren. Je krijgt hierbij te maken met de volgende processen: - Wegen, afmeten en toevoegen van grondstoffen - Mengen - Spuitgieten - Bakken - Verpakken

De functie leerling operator kent de volgende ingrediënten: - Gemoedelijke werksfeer. We houden van een geintje, vinden plezier net zo belangrijk als hard werken en we staan graag voor je klaar - Binnen 6 maanden leiden we jou op tot allround operator - Schone, droge, frisse en veilige werkomgeving - Ontwikkeling en scholingsmogelijkheden - Totaal 93 collega’s, waarbij jij samenwerkt met 5 ervaren operators

- Toevoegen van grondstoffen aan jouw proces - Instellen, afstellen en bedienen van machines en installaties - Oplossen van kleine storingen - Standaard onderhoud - Overleggen voeren met monteurs, allround operators en teamleider - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren

Wij zijn een samengesteld team van koks, bakkers, operators en teamleiders. Al meer dan 75 jaar zorgen wij voor een koek bij de koffie, waarbij wij begonnen met het ambachtelijke handwerk en zijn doorgegroeid tot een volledig geautomatiseerd bedrijf.
