Leerling Operator / 2-ploegendienst Hedel Je gaat aan de slag bij Quik's Potato Products in Hedel. Dit bedrijf maakt aardappelproducten voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Ondanks de grootte van het bedrijf hangt er een prettige en informele sfeer op de werkvloer. Je werkt met moderne machines en krijgt volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Heb je nog geen ervaring als operator? Geen probleem. Je leert het vak in de praktijk en kunt daarnaast opleidingen of trainingen volgen om door te groeien Functieomschrijving Als Leerling Operator leer je hoe het productieproces werkt binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die je begeleiden op de werkvloer. Je controleert de kwaliteit van producten, houdt het productieproces in de gaten en helpt bij het oplossen van kleine storingen. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om opleidingen en trainingen te volgen zodat je jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen. Functie-eisen - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar - Je wilt werken in een 2-ploegendienst - Je wilt graag een technisch vak leren - Je hebt interesse in productie of techniek - Je werkt nauwkeurig en veilig - Je hebt eigen vervoer of woont in de omgeving van Hedel - Ervaring in productie is mooi meegenomen, maar niet verplicht Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris tot €3.000 bruto per maand exclusief ploegentoeslag - Extra toeslag voor het werken in ploegendienst - 25 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis - 8,33% vakantiegeld - Vrij op zondagen en feestdagen - Pensioenregeling via een collectief pensioenfonds - Reiskostenvergoeding - Opleidings- en cursusmogelijkheden (bijv. operatortrainingen) - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen productie of techniek - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - Overname door de opdrachtgever na ongeveer 7 maanden
