Ervaring als operator is niet nodig: je krijgt begeleiding en leert het vak tijdens je werk. Je begint met het controleren, afpakken en verwerken van producten. Ondertussen leer je werken met moderne productiemachines. Je ontdekt hoe je machines instelt, de kwaliteit controleert en eenvoudige storingen oplost. Naarmate je meer ervaring krijgt, pak je steeds meer zelfstandig op. Zo groei je stap voor stap door naar operator. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's in een 3-ploegendienst.
