Je krijgt de kans om te groeien in de techniek, machines zelfstandig te bedienen en echt bij te dragen aan voedselveiligheid. Jouw enthousiasme en inzet zorgen telkens weer voor een topresultaat voor onze klanten. Wat ga je doen? In de rol van leerling operator in Apeldoorn zet je dagelijks stappen in je ontwikkeling. Je leert niet alleen machines in- en omstellen, maar ziet direct het resultaat van jouw werk: perfect verpakte producten die veilig de deur uitgaan. Je werkt samen met een betrokken team dat elkaar helpt en motiveert. In deze functie krijg je het vertrouwen en de ruimte om initiatief te nemen en je ideeën te delen. Tijdens een werkdag start je met het afstellen van de machines, bewaak je het verpakkingsproces en houd je de kwaliteit scherp in de gaten. Met jouw inzet maak je het verschil en draag je bij aan een soepel en veilig productieproces. - Stel zelfstandig machines in en om voor verschillende verpakkingsopdrachten; - Bouw machines om en zorg dat alles klaarstaat voor productwisselingen; - Controleer kritisch de kwaliteit van de eindproducten; - Leg belangrijke gegevens vast voor de voedselveiligheid; - Kom met verbetervoorstellen en help processen slimmer maken. Wat vragen we van je? - Beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau (niveau 2 of 3); - Hebt affiniteit met techniek of de foodsector; - Bent fysiek fit en houdt van aanpakken; - Werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid; - Spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands.
