Bij een toonaangevend bedrijf in de vervaardiging van grafisch papier en karton bedien jij als Leerling Operator de machines en optimaliseer je de productieprocessen. Je werkt met diverse productiemachines en apparatuur en zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt draait. In een team van vakmensen krijg je de kans om veel te leren en je technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en instellen van productiemachines en apparatuur om een efficiënte productie te waarborgen - Uitvoeren van inspectierondes, kwaliteitscontroles en registratie van meetgegevens - Verrichten van kleine onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden en uitvoeren van eerste lijn onderhoud - Signaleren van storingen en afwijkingen en deze direct melden aan de technische dienst - Samenwerken met collega’s om productie- en veiligheidsdoelstellingen te behalen Functie-eisen - Affiniteit met techniek - Je bent 38 uur per week beschikbaar - Je bent gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen als ervaren operator in de metaal - Ervaring in de metaalindustrie is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste
