The posting

Als leerling operator ga je in Ermelo aan de slag tussen de nieuwste machines en dynamische productielijnen. Je krijgt de kans om alles te leren over het bedienen van productielijnen, het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het oplossen van storingen. Samen met ervaren collega’s word je opgeleid tot een zelfstandige operator.

Dit ga je doen:

- Leren hoe je geautomatiseerde productielijnen correct bedient en in de gaten houdt; - Uitvoeren van controlerondes en testen nemen om de kwaliteit te waarborgen; - Eerste stappen zetten in het verhelpen van eenvoudige storingen aan de machines; - Rapporteren van afwijkingen aan de leidinggevende; - Samenwerken met collega’s in ploegendienst.

Het bedrijf in Ermelo is een technisch innovatief productiebedrijf waar je als leerling operator veel nieuwe vaardigheden leert. Je werkt fulltime in een ploegenrooster van 05.45 uur tot 14.15 uur, 13.45 uur tot 22.15 uur of 21.45 uur tot 06.15 uur. Wie zoeken wij:- Je wilt het vak van operator graag leren; - Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig; - Je werkt graag volgens duidelijke instructies; - Je kunt goed omgaan met werken in ploegendiensten; - Je bent leergierig en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen; - Je hebt interesse in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris tussen de € 3.000 en € 4.000 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime werken, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 8,33% vakantiegeld via Artiflex en opbouwen van vakantiedagen; - StiPP pluspensioen vanaf dag 1; - Werken in een 3-ploegendienst; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar zelfstandig operator; - Vast contract in het vooruitzicht.
