Je werkt vier dagen per week bij een mooi bedrijf in Weesp. Eén dag per week ga je naar school om alles over je nieuwe baan te leren. Je werkgever betaalt de volledige opleiding. Functieomschrijving: Als leerling operator help je mee om kunststof producten te maken. Je leert hoe je spuitgietmachines instelt en hoe je matrijzen wisselt. Je ontdekt hoe technieken zoals hydrauliek en pneumatiek werken in de praktijk. Ook ga je aan de slag met hotrunners en de koeling van matrijzen.

Je leert om kleine storingen zelfstandig op te lossen. Daarnaast ontdek je hoe je robots instelt en programmeert voor het beste resultaat. Je werkt in een gezellig team waar iedereen elkaar helpt. Je krijgt alle ruimte om het vak goed onder de knie te krijgen.
