Leerling poedercoater Zutphen Dit bedrijf in Zutphen is gespecialiseerd in het stralen en poedercoaten van metalen producten. Ze zorgen ervoor dat metalen onderdelen een sterke, egale en duurzame coating krijgen - zowel voor bescherming als een strakke uitstraling. Dit kunnen autovelgen zijn, trappen, hekken, balustrades of andere producten op aanvraag, alles wat metaal is en een beschermende of decoratieve coating nodig heeft. Wat ze precies doen: - Stralen: Metalen onderdelen worden eerst gestraald (schoongemaakt met grit) om roest, vuil en oude lak te verwijderen. Hierdoor hecht de poedercoating beter. - Voorbehandeling: Vaak worden onderdelen eerst chemisch of mechanisch behandeld zodat de coating goed blijft zitten. - Poedercoaten: Daarna wordt er een poederlaag elektrostatisch op het metaal aangebracht. Die poeder smelt in de oven en vormt een sterke, slijtvaste laag. - Afwerking: Na het poedercoaten worden de producten gecontroleerd op kwaliteit en netjes afgewerkt Functieomschrijving Je zorgt ervoor dat metalen onderdelen klaar zijn voor een nieuwe, strakke laag poedercoating. Dat betekent: - Onderdelen stralen en ontvetten - Ophangen en voorbereiden van producten - Aanbrengen van de poedercoating - Controleren of alles netjes en egaal is gecoat - Zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkplek Ook zal je je bezig houden met het laden en lossen met een heftruck en het inpakken van producten. Functie-eisen - Je bent fysiek fit en vindt het niet erg om te staan en te tillen - Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt zelfstandig door - Je spreekt voldoende Nederlands om instructies te begrijpen - Ervaring met stralen of coaten?
