Betaald leren in de techniek! Wil jij een toekomst opbouwen in de procestechniek, maar heb je nog geen technische opleiding afgerond? Ben jij leergierig, nauwkeurig en klaar voor een serieuze stap richting een kansrijk beroep? Via Wiertz Academy krijg jij de kans om je in 16 maanden te ontwikkelen tot procesoperator. Je werkt in de praktijk, volgt theorie via e-learning en behaalt een erkend MBO 3-diploma Procestechniek. Ervaring als operator hoeft dus niet. Als jij de motivatie en het denkniveau hebt, helpen wij je om het vak te leren. Wat ga je doen? Als leerling procesoperator leer je hoe productieprocessen werken en hoe je deze veilig en nauwkeurig bewaakt. Je leert onder andere: productieprocessen controleren en bewaken; afwijkingen herkennen en melden; veilig werken volgens procedures; samenwerken met operators en praktijkbegeleiders; technische basiskennis toepassen in de praktijk. Het traject combineert theorie en praktijk. Je volgt een groot deel van de theorie via e-learning en doet praktijkervaring op tijdens het werken op locatie. Je wordt hierbij begeleid tijdens het leer-werktraject. Wat kun jij? Wij zoeken gemotiveerde kandidaten die serieus willen investeren in hun toekomst. Jij: hebt minimaal een havo diploma hebt interesse in techniek en productieprocessen; bent leergierig en gemotiveerd; werkt nauwkeurig en veilig; kunt verantwoordelijkheid nemen; vindt het interessant om in een technische omgeving te werken; beschikt over het juiste denkniveau om de opleiding succesvol te volgen; bent bereid om theorie en praktijk te combineren. Wat krijg je? Je leert een vak waar veel vraag naar is en ontwikkelt vaardigheden die je op lange termijn zekerheid, inkomen en doorgroeimogelijkheden geven.
