The posting

Als leerling operator zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat de productielijnen soepel blijven draaien. In deze moderne bakkerij worden dagelijks producten gemaakt die je terugziet in supermarkten door heel Nederland. Je leert stap voor stap hoe het productieproces werkt en groeit uit tot een zelfstandig operator.

Je start met de basis: ingrediënten klaarzetten, machines leren kennen en het productieproces begrijpen. Daarna leer je hoe je machines instelt, processen bewaakt en bijstuurt wanneer dat nodig is. Zo zorg je ervoor dat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens de juiste kwaliteitseisen verloopt.

Gaat er iets mis? Dan onderzoek je samen met collega's en de technische dienst de oorzaak van de storing en werk je mee aan een oplossing. Ook leer je afwijkingen in het proces herkennen en denk je mee over verbeteringen.

Vier dagen per week werk je mee in de praktijk en één dag per week volg je de mbo-opleiding tot procesoperator A. Tijdens de lesdagen bezoek je verschillende fabrieken en maak je kennis met uiteenlopende productieprocessen. Zo leer je het vak vanuit de praktijk en bouw je een brede basis op voor jouw carrière als operator.
