Wil jij de overstap maken naar de techniek en een vak leren waarin techniek, machines en productie samenkomen? Dan is dit jouw kans om de procesindustrie in te stappen!

Je hebt voor deze functie geen ervaring als operator nodig. Je wordt stap voor stap ingewerkt en leert het vak vooral in de praktijk. Tegelijkertijd volg je via Luba Techniek de opleiding Procesoperator A (mbo-niveau 2). Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot procesoperator én behaal je binnen één jaar een erkend diploma, terwijl je vanaf je eerste werkdag gewoon salaris ontvangt.

Je gaat werken met moderne extrusielijnen waarmee kunststof folie wordt geproduceerd. Je leert onder andere machines bedienen, productieprocessen controleren, installaties ombouwen en kleine storingen oplossen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Techniek moet je natuurlijk wel leuk vinden. Je hoeft nog geen technische vakkennis te hebben, maar het is belangrijk dat je interesse hebt in machines, graag wilt begrijpen hoe dingen werken en hier gevoel voor hebt. Ben jij iemand die graag praktisch bezig is en enthousiast wordt van techniek? Dan leren wij je de rest!

Je werkt in een drieploegendienst en ontvangt hiervoor 20% ploegentoeslag. Af en toe kan het voorkomen dat je op zaterdag werkt; dit gebeurt altijd in overleg.

Naast goede begeleiding en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen, kom je terecht in een betrokken organisatie. Er worden regelmatig activiteiten georganiseerd, zoals personeelsuitjes, en ook je verjaardag wordt niet vergeten.

- Je hebt interesse in techniek, vindt het leuk om met machines te werken en hebt hier gevoel voor - Je bent leergierig, nieuwsgierig en gemotiveerd om een technisch vak te leren - Je bent fysiek goed in orde en kunt werken in een warme productieomgeving - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - Een heftruckcertificaat is mooi meegenomen, maar kun je ook via Luba behalen
