Wil jij een nieuwe stap maken in je carrière en een écht vak leren?Heb je technisch inzicht, werk je graag met je handen en lijkt het je interessant om te werken in een moderne chocoladefabriek? Dan is dit jouw kans om je om te scholen tot procesoperator!

Je hoeft nog geen ervaring als operator te hebben. Je leert het vak gewoon op de werkvloer, terwijl je tegelijkertijd een erkend mbo-diploma Operator A behaalt.

Je start als leerling procesoperator en wordt stap voor stap opgeleid tot zelfstandig lijnoperator. Samen met ervaren collega's leer je alles over het productieproces van chocolade.

Je leert hoe je een complete productielijn bedient en controleert, hoe je recepten nauwkeurig volgt en de juiste grondstoffen gebruikt. Ook houd je het productieproces goed in de gaten en leer je hoe je de kwaliteit bewaakt. Daarnaast stuur je samen met je collega's de inpakkers aan jouw lijn aan.

Je leert ook steeds meer over de techniek achter de machines. Kleine storingen leer je zelfstandig oplossen en je zorgt ervoor dat de productielijn schoon, veilig en goed onderhouden blijft.

Je hoeft dit natuurlijk niet allemaal vanaf dag één te kunnen. Je wordt intern goed begeleid en krijgt de tijd om het vak te leren. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid.

- Je hebt mbo-denkniveau en bent vooral gemotiveerd om een nieuw vak te leren. - Je hebt technisch inzicht of bent handig en vindt het interessant om met machines te werken. - Ervaring in productie of de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. - Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands. - Je bent leergierig, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid belangrijk.
