Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Leerling Operator die niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en een vak wil leren waar je trots op kunt zijn. Ben jij de motor van onze productie? Lees dan snel verder! Functieomschrijving Als Leerling Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het proces waarbij staal wordt voorbereid voor verdere bewerking. Je werkt in een geautomatiseerde omgeving, maar jouw inzicht en nauwkeurigheid zijn cruciaal. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Het bedienen en bewaken van de beitslijnen. - Het invoeren van orders, scannen van QR-codes en zorgen dat de juiste ringen op de juiste haak komen. - Het controleren van badwaardes (chemie), temperaturen en doseringen en bijsturen waar nodig. - Het besturen van heftrucks 8 ton. - Het uitvoeren van periodiek onderhoud en revisies aan de installaties. - Nauw samenwerken met je team om de productie continu te laten draaien en elkaar te ondersteunen. Functie eisen Wij zoeken een kandidaat die zich herkent in het volgende profiel: - Leergierig: Je hebt geen specifieke ervaring in de beitserij nodig, wij leren je het vak. Motivatie om te leren is essentieel. - Accuraat en oplettend: Je begrijpt dat een kleine fout in de invoer grote gevolgen heeft voor de rest van de fabriek. - Teamplayer: Je ziet werk liggen en helpt je collega's waar nodig. - Fysiek fit: Je bent graag in beweging en vindt het geen probleem om trappen te lopen of in een industriële omgeving te werken. - Betrouwbaar: Je bent een vaste waarde in ons team. - Technisch inzicht: Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en bent bereid om met tablets en systemen te werken.
