Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar gemotiveerde toekomstige rietdekkers die graag het vak willen leren. Heb je al ervaring als rietdekker? Ook dan horen we graag van je. Lees snel verder! Wat ga je doen? Als (leerling) rietdekker ga je voornamelijk aan de slag met het aanbrengen van nieuwe, en repareren van bestaande, rieten daken. Deze werkzaamheden voer je uit bij zowel nieuwbouw als bestaande woningen. Je werkt samen met één of meerdere ervaren rietdekkers die jou alle kneepjes van dit mooie vak leren, zodat jij je ontwikkelt tot een echte vakman. Ook voer je met jouw collega's onderhoud aan rieten dak uit, zoals reparatie, renovatie, scheren, reinigen en algen/mossen bestrijding. In alle aspecten van het vak word je begeleid door de ervaren rietdekkers. Wat krijg je? - Een uitdagende, afwisselende baan voor 40 uur per week; - De kans om het ambachtsvak van rietdekker te leren; - Elke woensdag jouw loon uitbetaald; - Een leuk team met gemotiveerde en vakkundige collega's; - Bij wederzijds goed bevallen een baan voor langere tijd. Wat verwachten wij van jou? - Je bent bereid het vak van rietdekking helemaal eigen te maken; - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar; - Je bent gemotiveerd en kunt goed zelfstandig werken; - Bij voorkeur in bezit van een rijbewijs; - Bij voorkeur in bezit van een geldig VCA-certificaat (deze kun je indien nodig behalen via @WORK) Waar ga je aan de slag? Je komt te werken bij een familiebedrijf met een rijke historie op het gebied van rietdekken.
