Bij ons gaat het om meer dan schilderen: we coördineren steigerwerk, houtherstel en afwerking van grote ramen of buitenconstructies. Af en toe krijgen we een enorme klus, zoals het opknappen van een complete straat woningen of een groot appartementengebouw. We houden korte lijnen, werken in vaste teams en zorgen dat elke klus gestructureerd verloopt. Onze kracht is dat we snel kunnen schakelen tussen kleinere particuliere opdrachten en grotere projecten, zonder in te leveren op kwaliteit. De Baan Je begint de dag met een korte briefing: welke klus, welke volgorde en wie doet wat. Samen met je mentor bereid je de oppervlakken voor door te schuren, te plamuren en af te plakken. Vervolgens help je bij het aanbrengen van grondlagen, lak of saus. Je leert hoe je strak en netjes werkt, en let op details zoals randen, hoeken en afwerking. Tijdens het buitenwerk sta je op steigers om gevels of kozijnen te behandelen. Binnen werk je op wanden, deuren of trappen en let je op precisie en tempo. De dag eindigt met schoonmaken, materialen opbergen en feedback van je collega's. Functie Eisen - Je bent een nieuwkomer in de schildersbranche. Ruime ervaring is niet vereist!;; - Wel ervaring?
