Elke dag werken we aan het onderhoud en de bescherming van gebouwen: schilderwerk, restauratie en houtrotreparatie. Steigers bouwen, hoogwerkers bedienen en laklagen strak aanbrengen horen erbij. Het hele team draait mee op elke klus. Houtrot eruit, kozijnen loshalen, verf aanbrengen, alles gebeurt samen. Er wordt gelachen over wie het meeste verf op z'n neus heeft of wie het rommeligst werkt. Onze klanten zijn VVE's die hun appartementencomplex onderhouden, woningcorporaties die jaarlijks onderhoud plannen, een oude fabriekshal, een kantoorpand dat een make-over nodig heeft of een lokale brouwerij waar houten balken en schilderwerk worden aangepakt. En ja, soms zeggen we: "Sommige mensen gooien met woorden, wij gooien met kwasten. " De Baan Als leerling schilder werk je dagelijks met Bert - die ene collega die altijd zegt dat een kwast een verlengstuk van je arm is. We starten met klantcontact: wat moet er gebeuren en welke materialen nemen we mee. Daarna voorbewerken: kleine herstelwerkzaamheden, schuren, plamuren en kitten. Dan gronden en aflakken, zodat het schilderwerk er perfect uitziet. Bij ons kun je een BBL opleiding volgen omdat we een erkend leerbedrijf zijn, maar je mag ook gewoon praktijkervaring opdoen. Zo leer je schilderen terwijl je direct resultaat ziet. En soms vragen klanten of we de muren "met een roller of gewoon met een bezem" doen - ja, echt gebeurd! Plezier, samenwerken en mooi afgewerkt schilderwerk staan bij ons altijd voorop. Functie Eisen - Je bent in het bezit van een auto en mag deze ook legaal besturen. Geen rijbewijs? Dan kijken we of je mee kan rijden naar de klus; - Je houd van je werk en geniet er van om aan het einde van de dag te zeggen ; dat heb ik gemaakt!. - Je bent bekend met de basiswerkzaa...
