Dat betekent kozijnen en deuren schilderen, trappen en plafonds bijwerken, gevels en houtrotreparatie herstellen en soms restauratie van oude elementen. Alles wat vastgoed weer goed laat ogen en behouden blijft. Iedereen werkt met een buddy. We verdelen het werk, overleggen hoe we iets aanpakken en zorgen samen voor een strak resultaat. Af en toe even doorpakken als het druk wordt. Onze projecten lopen van een jaren dertig-woning waar alles weer in de lak moet tot een vrijstaand huis met rotte boeidelen. Laatst nog een serre met houtrot waar je u tegen zegt. Zelfs de houtworm werd er stil van. De Baan Bij ons werk je als leerling schilder samen met een vaste collega en leer je alles over professioneel schilderwerk. Een dag begint met voorbewerken zoals schuren en het uitvoeren van kleine herstelwerkzaamheden. Daarna help je met onderhoudswerk en ga je aan de slag met gronden en aflakken. Je kunt bij ons een BBL-opleiding volgen omdat we erkend leerbedrijf zijn of ervaring opdoen in de praktijk door mee te werken met een vakman. Zo zie je van dichtbij hoe een schilderdag verloopt van begin tot eind. En natuurlijk lachen we af en toe om de klant die denkt dat verf binnen vijf minuten droog is, dat hoort erbij. Functie Eisen - Je beschikt over een auto en bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs. Geen rijbewijs? Dan bekijken we of je kunt meerijden naar de klus. - Je haalt voldoening uit je werk en vindt het gaaf om te zeggen: "Kijk, dat heb ik gedaan! " - Ervaring in de schilders of bouwbranche is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Wel handig (en dat zie je terug in je salaris). - Ook leerlingen en starters worden daarom uitgenodigd om te reageren, het vak kunnen we je leren! - Je bent fysie...
