Complete huizen, van kelder tot dakgoot. Binnen schilderen we wanden, plafonds, kozijnen en trappen. Buiten pakken we gevels, dakkapellen en muren mee. Daarnaast werken we voor een woningcorporatie aan planmatig onderhoud van rijwoningen. Dat betekent soms een hele straat tegelijk aanpakken. We schakelen makkelijk tussen klein en groot werk en zorgen dat alles degelijk wordt uitgevoerd. De Baan De dag begint met een korte briefing: wat moet vandaag klaar zijn, en welke materialen hebben we nodig? Je loopt de klus door en begint met schuren, plamuren of kitten. Daarna ga je onder begeleiding verven of rollen: deuren, kozijnen, wanden of trappen. Je leert de verschillende verfsoorten kennen en hoe je ze het beste aanbrengt. Buitenwerk kan betekenen dat je gevels, balkons of schuttingen schildert, binnen werk je aan plafonds en muren. Collega's geven tips en laten technieken zien. Aan het einde van de dag wordt alles opgeruimd, steigers afgedekt en het werk gecontroleerd. Zo ga je iedere dag een stapje verder. Functie Eisen - Je bent een nieuwkomer in de schildersbranche.
