Dat kan een straat rijtjeshuizen zijn of een appartementenblok in fases. Elk project vraagt een strakke planning: materiaal, steigers en taken worden per team verdeeld. We houden korte lijnen en iedereen weet wat er op welk moment moet gebeuren. Zo zorgen we dat het werk efficiënt en overzichtelijk verloopt, terwijl we kwaliteit leveren en bewoners minimale overlast ervaren. Door deze aanpak kan ons team zowel kleine particuliere klussen als grote projecten tegelijk uitvoeren. De Baan Een typische dag start met het klaarmaken van materialen, kwasten, rollers en steiger. Samen met een collega bekijk je wat de prioriteiten zijn en welke voorbereidingen nodig zijn. Je begint met schuren, plamuren en afplakken, zodat alles klaar is voor de verflaag. Vervolgens breng je grondverf of lak aan. Buitenwerk kan kozijnen, dakkapellen of luiken betekenen; binnen werk je bijvoorbeeld aan wanden, deuren of trappen. Gedurende de dag oefen je verschillende schildertechnieken en let je op nette afwerking. Aan het einde van de dag ruim je alles op, controleer je je werk en bereid je voor op de volgende dag.
