Wil jij graag met je handen werken, ben je geïnteresseerd in techniek en zoek je een beroep met toekomst? Dan is de functie van leerling servicemonteur bij Feenstra misschien precies wat je zoekt. Je hoeft nog geen ervaring als monteur te hebben. Je leert het vak bij ons stap voor stap, zowel tijdens de praktijklessen als op pad met ervaren monteurs. Onze praktijkopleiders helpen je om steeds zelfstandiger te worden. Jouw motivatie, inzet en enthousiasme om het vak te leren vinden we belangrijker dan ervaring. Daarom krijg je bij Feenstra volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen, met een interne opleiding, goede begeleiding en kansen om door te groeien. Vanaf de start ontvang je salaris, ook wanneer je een praktijkdag volgt. Daarnaast bieden we je bij een fulltime dienstverband 38 vakantiedagen, een eigen bedrijfsbus en wordt je reistijd als werktijd meegerekend. Dit komt allemaal boven op je bruto maandsalaris. Zó maak jij het verschil! Je begint met een praktijkperiode van ongeveer 4 tot 6 weken op onze locatie in Eindhoven. Gedurende 2 à 3 dagen per week krijg je les in ons praktijklokaal. Op de overige dagen ga je samen met een ervaren monteur op pad in jouw eigen regio. Hierdoor combineer je de theorie direct met de praktijk en krijg je snel een goed beeld van het werk. Tijdens de eerste praktijklessen maak je kennis met de basis van cv-onderhoud. Na deze eerste periode ben je in staat om één of twee eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden zelfstandig uit te voeren. Later in het traject volgen aanvullende trainingen waarmee je jouw kennis en vaardigheden verder uitbreidt. Je begint dus met de belangrijkste basis en bouwt vanuit daar verde...
