Word Leerling Slager bij Van der Zee [locatie] in werk met vlees van topkwaliteit. Wat kan je verwachten? Wat ga je doen? Als Leerling Slager bij Van der Zee leer je het slagersvak in de praktijk. Je werkt dagelijks met vlees en vleeswaren van topkwaliteit en krijgt begeleiding van collega's die hun vak goed kennen. Stap voor stap leer je vlees verwerken, snijden, portioneren en controleren op kwaliteit. Eén keer per maand volg je klassikale les op onze locatie in Twello. Zo leer je het ambacht terwijl je meteen meewerkt in het team. Dit ga je leren en doen: - Verwerk, snijd en portioneer vlees en vleeswaren onder begeleiding - Controleer producten op kwaliteit, versheid en uitstraling - Leer werken met professionele materialen, machines en gereedschappen - Bereid bestellingen voor en zorg dat producten netjes klaarstaan - Werk hygiënisch, veilig en volgens de geldende richtlijnen - Help mee met het netjes houden van de werkplek en materialen - Volg één keer per maand klassikale les met andere leerling-slagers - Groei stap voor stap door naar een functie als vakbekwaam slager Ben jij dé Leerling Slager die wij zoeken? - Je bent gemotiveerd om het slagersvak te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen - Je hebt interesse in vlees, ambacht en kwaliteit - Je werkt nauwkeurig, schoon en veilig - Je vindt het prettig om fysiek bezig te zijn tijdens je werkdag - Je staat open voor begeleiding en leert graag van ervaren collega's - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar Wat bieden wij? - Een goed salaris en aanvullende voorwaarden volgens de cao voor het Slagersbedrijf - Een interne opleiding tot vakbekwaam slager - Begeleiding van ervaren slage...
