Heb je al ervaring? Mooi meegenomen! Maar ook zonder ervaring ben je welkom - je gaat namelijk samenwerken met een ervaren steigerbouwer die jou het vak stap voor stap leert. Als leerling steigerbouwer leer je hoe je steigers veilig en vakkundig opbouwt, aanpast en demonteert. Je werkt op wisselende locaties. Wat wij bieden Bij Faber waarderen we jouw vakmanschap en bieden we uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden: - Een passend salaris volgens het Bouw CAO, variërend van €2500 tot €3000 per vier weken; - BPF bouwpensioen vanaf je eerste werkdag; - Tijdspaarfonds 55% of 100% sparen; - Kilometervergoeding á €0,32 per gereden kilometer; - 25 vakantiedagen; - 20 ATV dagen; - 3 kortverzuimdagen; - Een opleidingsbudget van €1000 per jaar.
