Ben jij iemand die graag met je handen werkt, houdt van buiten zijn en geen last heeft van hoogtes? Limburgs Steigerbouw Bedrijf in Geleen is op zoek naar gemotiveerde leerlingen steigerbouw! Ervaring is niet nodig – wij leiden je zelf op tot een echte vakman via onze LSB Academie. Wat ga je doen? Als Leerling Steigerbouwer leer je samen met ervaren collega’s: Hoe je veilig steigers opbouwt, afbreekt en onderhoudt; Hoe je werkt met verschillende soorten steigers en materialen; Hoe je in teamverband werkt aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten; En hoe je de veiligheidsregels in de bouw toepast. Stap voor stap groei je uit tot een zelfstandig steigerbouwer met een erkend certificaat. Wat kun jij? Je hebt affiniteit met techniek of bouw; Geen hoogtevrees – werken op hoogte vind je juist leuk; Goede fysieke conditie – je bent niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken; Vervoer naar Geleen; VCA Basis heb je of kun je via ons behalen. Wat krijg je? ✅ Startsalaris van €16,30 tot €17,50 (vanaf 21 jaar of met ervaring), conform CAO Bouw & Infra; ✅ Extra ADV-opbouw (of verwerkt in je uurloon); ✅ 8,33% vakantiegeld en een goed pensioen; ✅ Reiskostenvergoeding; ✅ Werkkleding en materiaal van de zaak; ✅ Opleidingen zoals VCA en Monteur Steigerbouw, volledig vergoed; ✅ Na 4 tot 6 maanden via de LSB Academie kans op een vast contract (fase B) met urengarantie; ✅ Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een professioneel en ambitieus bedrijf.
