Leerling tegelzetter Vakgebied Leerling tegelzetter gezocht in Nieuwegein of omgeving! Jij werkt 40 uur in dagdienst, leert het vak in de praktijk en verdient €2.770 tot €3.930 per maand. Functieomschrijving Als leerling tegelzetter in Nieuwegein of omgeving ga je aan de slag op locatie bij klanten, waar je samen met een vast team van 12 collega's elke dag zorgt dat een klus netjes en strak wordt opgeleverd. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 07:00 tot 16:00 uur en op feestdagen ben je vrij, waardoor je een duidelijk ritme hebt en ook lekker op tijd thuis bent. Afhankelijk van wat het handigst is vertrek je vanuit huis of ga je eerst naar de zaak. Start je op de zaak, dan pak je nog even rustig een kop koffie en bespreek je kort met je collega's wat er die dag op de planning staat, voordat jullie samen richting de klus gaan. Op de werkplek leer je het vak stap voor stap in de praktijk. In het begin help je vooral mee met het klaarzetten van materialen, het netjes houden van de werkplek en het opruimen aan het einde van de dag, zodat je goed leert hoe een klus wordt opgebouwd en wat er nodig is om door te kunnen werken. Ondertussen loop je mee met ervaren collega's die je uitleg geven en je steeds meer laten zien, waardoor je al snel meer gaat doen dan alleen sjouwen. Je leert bijvoorbeeld hoe je ondergronden controleert en voorbereidt, hoe je meet en aftekent, hoe je tegels snijdt en pasmaakt en hoe je uiteindelijk tegels strak zet en netjes afwerkt. Omdat je meestal aan één klus per dag werkt, heb je de tijd om het werk goed te zien, vragen te stellen en steeds meer onderdelen zelf op te pakken. Je krijgt begeleiding en training terwijl je werkt, zodat je elke week vooruitgaat en steeds beter snapt hoe je een klus netjes aanpakt.
