Ben jij graag buiten bezig, wil je een vak leren én lijkt het je gaaf om mee te bouwen aan sportvelden waar dagelijks honderden sporters gebruik van maken? Dan is een BBL-opleiding bij Finovi misschien precies wat je zoekt. Je leert in de praktijk, krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega's én ontvangt gewoon salaris terwijl je leert. Bij Finovi werk je mee aan de aanleg van uiteenlopende buitensportvoorzieningen. Denk aan voetbalvelden, hockeyvelden, padelbanen en complete sportparken. Meter voor meter zie je een project veranderen , van een kale ondergrond naar een professioneel sportveld waar sporters straks iedere dag kunnen trainen en wedstrijden kunnen spelen. Tijdens je BBL-traject werk je vier dagen per week mee op onze projectlocaties en ga je één dag per week naar school. Op de projecten leer je het vak vooral door het zelf te doen. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die je alles leren over de aanleg van sportvelden, het werken met materialen en machines en de verschillende technieken die daarbij komen kijken. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag help je mee met het voorbereiden van een ondergrond, terwijl je de volgende dag bezig bent met het verwerken van materialen of het aanleggen en afwerken van een sportveld. Je bent lekker praktisch bezig, werkt met modern materieel en leert iedere dag iets nieuws. We zoeken iemand die gemotiveerd is, graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en zin heeft om een echt vak te leren . Ervaring is niet nodig. Misschien heb je net je vmbo-diploma gehaald, ben je op zoek naar een praktische opleiding of wil je liever leren door te doen dan alleen maar in de schoolbanken te zitten.
