Dan is dit jouw kans! Als leerling Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek stap je direct in de praktijk. Je draait mee in industriële projecten en leert het vak van ervaren collega's. In het begin focus je je op het inkopen en controleren van materialen, zodat je de basis goed onder de knie krijgt. Ondertussen groei je stap voor stap door naar het ondersteunen bij calculaties, planningen en projectvoorbereiding. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en monteurs en ontdekt wat er allemaal komt kijken bij een goed georganiseerd project. Je stelt vragen, denkt mee en ontwikkelt jezelf in techniek en organisatie. Voor je het weet ben jij degene die het overzicht bewaakt en projecten soepel laat verlopen. Wij bieden: - Salaris tussen €2.700 en €3.300 bruto per maand; - Uitzicht op een vast contract; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Laptop en telefoon van de zaak; - Goede begeleiding door ervaren collega's; - Mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien; - Werken aan innovatieve industriële projecten; - Informele werksfeer met betrokken collega's; - Regelmatig leuke teamactiviteiten zoals borrels en BBQ's; - Een werkomgeving waarin je mag leren en fouten mag maken. Wij vragen: - Een (bijna) afgeronde mbo niveau 4 opleiding richting elektrotechniek of werkvoorbereiding; - Interesse in industriële elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek; - Basiskennis van elektrotechniek; - Leergierige en gemotiveerde werkhouding; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Bereidheid om samen te werken en jezelf te ontwikkelen.
