Leerling zelfstandig werkend kok 32-38 uur De baan Als leerling zelfstandig werkend kok in de keuken van ons JRE restaurant Cèpes zorg jij ervoor dat het aan onze gasten niets ontbreekt. Je werkt onder leiding van Chef Robert Hartelman en zijn twee souschefs. Door de diversiteit van ons bedrijf kan het zijn dat je de ene dag een ontbijtdienst hebt en in het weekend het diner verzorgt. Je ondersteunt bij het bereiden van gerechten volgens receptuur en planning en waarborgt de kwaliteit hiervan. Met voldoende groei krijg je leiding over je eigen partie. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van de mise en place.

Jij Bent een gezellige teamplayer die het niet erg vindt om een stap extra te zetten. Jij bent leergierig en ziet ons als de plek om je te ontwikkelen binnen het hogere restaurant segment. Jij bent niet bang om mee te denken en zelfstandig deel uit te gaan maken van ons team. Je volgt een mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 en zit in leerjaar 2, 3 of 4.
