Ede, Gelderland Proces- en Privacycoördinator Doorstroompunt Vallei en Leerlingzaken Functie omschrijving Opdracht Je werkt binnen het Doorstroompunt Vallei en (LLZ) met privacygevoelige gegevens en verschillende regionale samenwerkingspartners. Je levert tijdelijke externe expertise om privacy, gegevensbescherming, datakwaliteit en de inrichting van werkprocessen te borgen. Daarnaast leg je verbinding tussen wet- en regelgeving, werkprocessen, systemen, data en betrokken regionale partners, met speciale aandacht voor het registratiesysteem Carel en datamonitoring. Doel van de opdracht Doel: Je professionaliseert en borgt privacy, gegevensbescherming, processen, systemen en datakwaliteit binnen het Doorstroompunt Vallei en LLZ. Je zorgt dat wordt voldaan aan relevante wet- en regelgeving en dat werkprocessen, registratie en gegevensdeling zorgvuldig en praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn ingericht. Je werkt toe naar een veilige en doelmatige inrichting van Carel, betrouwbare data en bruikbare dashboards en managementinformatie, en ondersteunt de regionale afspraken rondom gegevensdeling en de samenwerking tussen het Doorstroompunt, LLZ en regionale partners. Resultaten en verantwoordelijkheden Je realiseert, afhankelijk van prioriteiten, onder andere: - Implementatie van verbetermaatregelen uit de DPIA en actualisatie van privacyprocedures en werkinstructies - Opstellen en onderhouden van een actueel privacyreglement en het inrichten van autorisatie- en toegangsbeleid - Optimaliseren van de inrichting van Carel - Zorgdragen voor actuele SOK's, DVO's en verwerkersovereenkomsten - Het opzetten van een structureel proces voor functioneel beheer en systeemverbeteringen - Verbeteren van datakwaliteit, monitoring en doorontwikkeling van het Intergrip-dashboard - Levering van betrouwbare managementinformatie en cijfers voor jaarverslag en verantwoording Functie eisen (1) en -wensen (•) Eisen: - Kandidaat beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar aantoonba...
