Je combineert techniek, coaching en begeleiding in een functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid én maatschappelijke impact. Je werkt binnen de 13 Herstelcompagnie, het grote onderhoudsbedrijf van Defensie waar militaire voertuigen worden onderhouden, gerepareerd en inzet gereed gehouden. Door de groei van de organisatie zijn we op zoek naar twee nieuwe praktijkopleiders. Als praktijkopleider voertuigtechniek begeleid je militaire BBL-leerlingen tijdens hun opleiding tot Allround Technicus Voertuigen. Je helpt hen om vakkennis direct in de praktijk toe te passen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Begeleiden van BBL-leerlingen op de werkvloer - Coachen van toekomstige monteurs tijdens onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden - Opstellen van les- en trainingsplannen - Verzorgen van praktijkinstructies en trainingen - Monitoren van studievoortgang en ontwikkeling - Afstemmen met het ROC over de opleiding - Adviseren tijdens voortgangs- en beoordelingsgesprekken - Ondersteunen bij onderhoud aan militaire voertuigen - Je begeleidt gemiddeld vijf tot zes leerlingen tegelijk en bent voor hen het vaste aanspreekpunt tijdens hun opleiding.
