Wat je kan verwachten Zorg jij dat we altijd stroom hebben én dat nieuw talent de kneepjes van het vak leert? Als Leermeester Monteur Laag- en Middenspanning ben je dubbel zo waardevol! Je garandeert een betrouwbare energievoorziening door installaties, verbindingsmoffen en eindsluitingen in distributiestations en kabelnetten aan te leggen. Daarnaast leid jij de toekomst van BAM op! Met jouw ruime ervaring ben je de perfecte mentor. Voordat je start, volg je een 2-daagse training. Hier leer je alles over goede begeleiding en leermeester-skills. Vanwege het veilige werken met kabels en leidingen (E&W) krijg je dagelijks exact één leerling toegewezen. Wij zoeken een ervaren monteur (regio Nieuwleusen, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Maastricht, Venlo of 's-Hertogenbosch) met papieren zoals BEI-MS-LS. Wat mag je verwachten? Een baan met veel verantwoordelijkheid en uitstekende voorwaarden. Naast je goede salaris, verdien je een vaste bruto leermeestertoeslag van €350 per 4 weken. Ook voorzien we je van een eigen bedrijfswagen, tablet, telefoon en ruime vakantiedagen. Geef jouw kennis door en word onze nieuwe leermeester!
