Leersteuncentrum De Tandem begeleidt en ondersteunt leerlingen en leerkrachtenteams in de basis- en secundaire scholen van GO! SGR5 Mechelen - Keerbergen - Heist-op-den-Berg (https://sgr5.be). Je kan uitgezonden worden naar scholen in Mechelen en haar randgemeenten, Keerbergen, Tremelo, Heist-op-den-Berg (en randgemeenten).

Als leerondersteuner werk je in een multidisciplinair team, samen met leerkrachtenteams in het gewone onderwijs om een antwoord te bieden op de ondersteuningvragen van leerlingen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften. De ondersteuning situeert zich in de scholen, op de klasvloer, in overleg, ...

Je gelooft in een inclusieve maatschappij en wil meebouwen aan inclusief onderwijs. Je coachende houding is tweede natuur voor jou en je gaat oplossingsgericht aan het werk. Ervaring in buitengewoon onderwijs of werkervaring met kinderen/jongeren met ondersteuningsbehoeften is een absolute meerwaarde.

Je kan jezelf verplaatsen naar scholen in Mechelen en haar randgemeenten, Keerbergen, Tremelo, Heist-op-den-Berg (en randgemeenten).

Voor een aanstelling als leerondersteuner beschik je over minstens een Bachelor. Een aanvullend pedagogisch bekwaamheidsbewijs verkiest de voorkeur. Je hebt liefst minstens 3 jaar ervaring in het onderwijs, of 5 jaar andere werkervaring.
