The posting

Het specifiek leersteuncentrum 467 (SLSC467) biedt leersteun aan leerlingen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften die school lopen in het gewoon onderwijs. We specialiseren ons in de leersteun aan leerlingen met een neuro-motorische, visuele, auditieve beperking en/of een spraak-taalontwikkelingsstoornis (STOS). Onze leersteun richt zich niet enkel op de leerling, maar we werken nauw samen met de betrokken leraren om hen te versterken in het bieden van inclusief onderwijs aan onze doelgroepen.

Binnen ons specifiek leersteuncentrum zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste leerondersteuner type 7 voor leerlingen met een auditieve beperking of een spraak-taalontwikkelingsstoornis. Je neemt de leersteun op voor leerlingen in Asse, Koekelberg, Anderlecht, Molenbeek.

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?

- Je maakt een diepgaande, brede beeldvorming van de leerling in zijn onderwijscontext.

- Je klaart de specifieke onderwijsbehoeften van leerling en leerkracht verder uit

- Op basis van deze beeldvorming selecteer je samen met de betrokkenen de prioritaire doelstelling om samen aan te werken om het inclusief onderwijs voor deze leerling te realiseren. Je stelt hiervoor een ondersteuningsplan op.

- Je informeert en adviseert leerkrachten en schoolteams over de impact van de beperking op het onderwijsproces.

- Je implementeert mogelijke redelijke aanpassingen.

- Je voert de leersteun uit zoals afgesproken in het ondersteuningsplan.

- Je treedt in overleg met de leden van het schoolteam en stuurt het ondersteuningsplan bij waar nodig

- Je neemt deel aan intervisie en professionalisering die op wekelijkse basis door het leersteuncentrum georganiseerd wordt.

- Je houdt de nodige administratie bij en rapporteert aan de betrokkenen.

Je bent ervan overtuigd dat inclusief onderwijs de norm is

Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma

Je hebt (bij voorkeur) kennis en ervaring met de doelgroep of je bent bereid je hierin te verdiepen.

Expertise opbouwen m.b.t. een specifieke doelgroep lijkt je wel wat. Je drijfveer in deze expertiseopbouw is om je kennis en vaardigheden te kunnen delen in je leersteuntrajecten en met je interne collega’s.

Je bent in het bezit van een efficiënt vervoersmiddel en je wil aan de slag in verschillende scholen.

Je bent communicatief ingesteld waardoor je in staat bent samen te werken met verschillende partners (zowel kinderen, adolescenten, leerkrachten, ouders, CLB-medewerkers).

Vanuit een positieve ingesteldheid en een blik op de mogelijkheden houd je verbinding met alle partners, ook wanneer het even moeilijker loopt.
