Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Productie aansturen: je bewaakt de planning en productieoutput en grijpt proactief in wanneer doelen dreigen te worden gemist. - Kwaliteit bewaken: je signaleert problemen en zoekt samen met het team naar praktische oplossingen om kwaliteit en efficiëntie te verbeteren. - Werk verdelen: je bepaalt wie welke werkzaamheden oppakt en zorgt voor een goede balans in de werkplaats. - Begeleiden en instrueren: als leerwerkmeester begeleid je monteurs tijdens hun werkzaamheden en help je hen nieuwe vaardigheden te ontwikkelen. - Overzicht houden: je weet wat er op de werkvloer speelt en zorgt dat belangrijke informatie bij de juiste mensen terechtkomt. - Administratie bijhouden: je verwerkt productie- en andere relevante informatie in het ERP-systeem. - Samenwerken aan ontwikkeling: samen met de jobcoaches en het team draag je bij aan een goede leer- en opleidingsstructuur binnen de fabriek.
