Zet je juridische expertise in om mee te bouwen aan de digitale toekomst van KBC en haar klanten.

Bij KBC werken we dagelijks aan oplossingen rond artificiële intelligentie, data, cybersecurity, cloud, digital assets, crypto en digitale ecosystemen. Dat zijn geen verre toekomstplannen, maar concrete dossiers die vandaag al impact hebben op onze organisatie, onze collega's en onze klanten.

Als Legal Advisor Data & Technology zet jij daar mee je schouders onder. Je denkt mee met business-, data- en technologieteams, en werkt voor bepaalde opdrachten ook internationaal samen met juristen uit KBC-dochtervennootschappen.

Wat deze functie uniek maakt? De combinatie van strategische projecten, dagelijkse juridische vragen, opleidingen, presentaties en nauwe samenwerking met business en IT. Reken op een rol met impact, afwisseling en ruimte om mee te groeien met KBC!

Jobomschrijving

  • Je begeleidt projecten van idee tot realisatie en helpt juridische risico's om te zetten in werkbare keuzes. Veel van die projecten vinden uiteindelijk hun weg naar onze klanten. Zo zie je rechtstreeks hoe jouw juridische expertise bijdraagt aan innovatieve oplossingen waarmee KBC het verschil maakt.
  • Collega’s kunnen bij jou terecht voor juridische ondersteuning; je stelt contracten op, helpt knopen doorhakken bij concrete klantcasussen en beantwoordt vragen van product teams.
  • Je volgt nieuwe regelgeving op en vertaalt die naar duidelijke adviezen waarmee collega's meteen aan de slag kunnen. Je maakt complexe materie concreet, relevant en bruikbaar.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in juridische domeinen als data, privacy, technologie, cybersecurity of ICT. Thema's als AI, data, crypto, cloud en cybersecurity maken je nieuwsgierig. Affiniteit met IT of technologie via opleiding, ervaring of persoonlijke interesse is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Je bent sterk in advies geven. Geen probleem voor jou om complexe materie te vertalen naar heldere, bruikbare adviezen.
  • Een internationale werkcontext, waarin je dossiers begeleidt en nauw samenwerkt met verschillende functies, spreekt je aan.
  • Jouw aanpak? Gestructureerd, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je schrijft en presenteert op professioneel niveau in het Nederlands en Engels. In een overleg weet je verschillende standpunten met elkaar te verzoenen om het beslissingsproces te ondersteunen.

Je hoeft niet alle antwoorden al te hebben. Wat we vooral zoeken, is iemand die nieuwsgierig is, graag bijleert en energie krijgt van nieuwe, complexe vraagstukken.
