Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van opgezegde kredietdossiers, van opzegging tot afsluiting:

  • Je staat in voor de opzegging van kredietdossiers, inclusief afrekeningen, opzeggingsbrieven en aangiften van schuldvordering;
  • Je start invorderingsprocedures op en volgt deze proactief op via onderhandelingen, openbare verkopen en samenwerking met advocaten en curatoren;
  • Je beheert dossiers met ernstige betalingsmoeilijkheden, zoals gerechtelijke reorganisaties en collectieve schuldenregelingen;
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve en boekhoudkundige opvolging, in lijn met interne procedures;
  • Je rapporteert aan het Contentieux Comité en beantwoordt vragen van interne en externe stakeholders;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Credit Monitoring en Credit Analysis en geeft juridisch advies over risicodossiers;
  • Je draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van interne processen en procedures;
  • Je volgt relevante wetgeving en rechtspraak op rond insolventie en invordering.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Teamleader Credit Monitoring & Litigation.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent een analytische en zelfstandige jurist die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt:

  • Je beschikt over een Master in de Rechten of een gelijkwaardige juridische opleiding;
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur in de financiële sector;
  • Je bent sterk in het opstellen van juridische documenten en het voeren van procedures en onderhandelingen;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail;
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak;
  • Je werkt autonoom, proactief en oplossingsgericht;
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Frans uitstekend en hebt een basiskennis Engels.
