Onze opdrachtgever zoekt een Legal Assistant voor ondersteuning van hun juridische afdeling. In deze veelzijdige functie fungeer je als schakel tussen juristen en hun cliënten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Legal Assistant kom je terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je ondersteunt een team van juristen bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bent het gezicht naar cliënten toe. Het beheren van complexe agenda's en het bewaken van belangrijke deadlines behoren tot je kerntaken. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van correspondentie, het uitwerken van juridische documenten en het zorgvuldig bijhouden van cliëntdossiers. Deze positie biedt uitstekende groeimogelijkheden waarbij je geleidelijk meer inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheden kunt oppakken, zoals het coördineren van afdelingsprocessen en het onderhouden van klantrelaties.

Onze opdrachtgever is een gespecialiseerde organisatie die zich richt op juridische dienstverlening binnen de zorg- en welzijnssector. Het team werkt samen met diverse partijen zoals zorginstellingen, overheidsorganisaties en brancheorganisaties. Hun cliënten variëren van grote zorgcomplexen tot individuele zorgprofessionals.

Ruime ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol

MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau

Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden bezitten

Kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Stressbestendig en flexibel voor ad-hoc taken
