Functieomschrijving: Voor onze opdrachtgever, een vooraanstaand juridisch kantoor, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Legal Assistant die ons team op de afdeling Vastgoed/ Familierecht komt versterken. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de spil in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en vorm je een essentiële schakel tussen cliënten, juristen en externe partijen.

Werkzaamheden:

Agenda's beheren van juristen en plannen van afspraken met cliënten

Telefonisch contact onderhouden met cliënten en externe partijen zoals makelaars, banken en overheidsinstellingen

Juridische documenten opstellen, controleren en verzenden

Correspondentie voeren namens de afdeling

Dossiers bijhouden en archiveren volgens kantoorprocedures

Ondersteuning bieden bij het voorbereiden van juridische akten

Cliëntencontact verzorgen tijdens kantoorbezoeken

Dossier bijhouden

Deadlines bewaken en prioriteiten stellen

Samenwerken met andere afdelingen binnen het kantoor

MBO/ HBO werk en denkniveau

Relevante werkervaring

Nauwkeurigheid en zelfstandigheid

Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift

Proactieve houding met vermogen om vooruit te denken en anticiperen

Stress bestendig

Sociale vaardigheden en teamspirit
