Voor onze opdrachtgever in Amsterdam zoeken wij een ervaren Legal Assistant die de organisatie wil ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Onze opdrachtgever is een gerenommeerd juridisch adviesbureau dat zich heeft gespecialiseerd in technologie en intellectueel eigendomsrecht. Het kantoor bedient een breed scala aan klanten, van lokale ondernemingen tot internationale organisaties, en biedt expertise op het gebied van contractrecht, aanbestedingsprocedures, privacywetgeving en geschillenbeslechting.

Jouw rol:

Als Legal Assistant ben je de verbindende schakel binnen de organisatie en zorg je ervoor dat alle operationele processen soepel verlopen. Je ondersteunt het advocatenteam op zowel secretarieel, administratief als organisatorisch niveau.

Kerntaken:

Strategisch agendabeheer en afsprakenplanning

Reisorganisatie en logistieke coördinatie

Facilitair management en kantoororganisatie

Ontwikkeling van presentaties en marketing materialen

Dossier- en correspondentiebeheer

Communicatie met gerechtelijke instanties en externe partners

Financiële administratie en declaratiebeheer

Leverancierscontacten en inkoopfactuurverwerking

Onderhoud van digitale platforms en social media

HR-ondersteuning bij introductie nieuwe medewerkers

Tijdregistratie monitoring en rapportage

Proactieve werkhouding met organisatorische vaardigheden

Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig excelleert

Accuratesse en oog voor detail

Goede beheersing in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

Kennis van Microsoft Office Suite en Teams

Discretie en integriteit in omgang met confidentiële informatie
