Zoek jij een uitdagende functie binnen een dynamisch advocatenkantoor? Onze opdrachtgever, een gerenommeerd advocatenkantoor met internationale uitstraling, is op zoek naar een gedreven Legal Assistant voor 32-40 uur per week.

Jouw rol binnen het team

In deze veelzijdige functie fungeer je als rechterhand van het advocatenteam en ben je het gezicht naar de buitenwereld. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen, zodat de juristen zich kunnen concentreren op hun kernactiviteiten.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

Administratieve ondersteuning aan partners en advocaten

Communicatiebeheer via telefoon, e-mail en post

Opstellen en bewerken van juridische correspondentie en documenten

Agendabeheer, afsprakenplanning en vergaderorganisatie

Professionele ontvangst van cliënten en relatiebezoek

Archivering en documentbeheer volgens kantoorprocedures

MBO/ HBO Werk en denkniveau

Relevante werkervaring

Communicatieve vaardigheden in woord en geschrift

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

Microsoft Office vaardigheden

Organisatorische eigenschappen en vermogen tot multitasken

Representatieve uitstraling en klantgerichte instelling
