Wij zijn op zoek naar een Legal Assistant die het kantoorteam komt versterken. Je ondersteunt meerdere advocaten bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt.

Deze secretariële functie biedt variatie en uitdaging. Je werkt in een professionele omgeving waar kwaliteit en samenwerking voorop staan. Het gaat om een dienstverband tussen de 24 en 32 uur per week.

Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer:

Verzorgen van correspondentie en het opmaken van juridische stukken

Plannen van afspraken en beheren van agenda's

Onderhouden van contacten met relaties en externe partijen

Controleren van deadlines en zorgen voor tijdige afhandeling

Organiseren van dossiers en archivering

Voorbereiden van bijeenkomsten en overleggen

Algemene secretariële en administratieve ondersteuning

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

MBO/ HBO werk en denkniveau

Relevante werkervaring

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Nauwkeurig en stressbestendig, ook in drukke perioden

Vaardig in MS Office-programma's

Teamspeler met een proactieve instelling

Organisatiesensitief met gevoel voor prioriteiten
