Onze opdrachtgever, een advocatenkantoor, zoekt een Legal Assistent die het juridische team komt versterken.

Deze functie biedt volop afwisseling en vraagt om iemand die houdt van structuur, maar ook flexibel kan schakelen wanneer dat nodig is.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

Processtukken indienen bij rechtbanken en bewaken van termijnen

Plannen en voorbereiden van zittingen en afspraken

Correspondentie en juridische documenten opstellen en verwerken

Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en gerechtelijke instanties

Dossiers structureren, bijwerken en toegankelijk houden

Meedenken over werkprocessen en praktische oplossingen bieden

Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare ondersteunende rol en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar precisie en tempo samenkomen. Je werkt zorgvuldig, denkt in oplossingen en communiceert helder. Samenwerken én zelfstandig werken liggen jou beide goed.
