Samen vormen jullie een hecht tweekoppig team en bouwen jullie verder aan een sterk, toekomstbestendig compliance‑beleid.Je duikt in uitdagende kwesties, ontwikkelt interne processen en bent dé sparringpartner voor directie en collega's. Als Legal & Compliance Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat L&B Groep volledig voldoet aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je werkzaamheden zijn divers en raken vrijwel elke afdeling binnen de organisatie. Zo: - Monitor je de naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving (zoals Wft, AVG, WWFT en DORA); - Analyseer je compliance‑risico's en adviseer je over passende beheersmaatregelen; - Voer je interne controles en compliance reviews uit; - Bereid je interne én externe audits voor en begeleid je toezichtvragen van o.a. verzekeraars; - Beoordeel en registreer je incidenten, klachten, integriteitsmeldingen en EVR‑zaken; - Actualiseer je het compliance‑beleid en vertaal je juridische kaders naar werkbare processen; - Beantwoord je uiteenlopende vragen van collega's uit verschillende teams, van hypotheken tot pensioenen; - Verdiep je je in nieuwe wetgeving, waaronder de Sanctiewet, DORA en aanverwante IT‑regelgeving; - Werk je actief mee aan het opzetten en implementeren van interne dossieraudits; een belangrijke ontwikkelstap binnen L&B Groep; - Een veelzijdige en vera...
