Anlagenbau Austria GmbH ist ein österreichisches Unternehmen, das auf europäischer Ebene im gesamten Spektrum der Industrieanlagenbaudienstleistungen tätig ist, die von der Planung und dem Engineering bis hin zur Herstellung, dem Bau, der Wartung und der Demontage von Rohrleitungssystemen (hauptsächlich aus Edelstahl im Hygiene- und Sterilbereich) reichen und auch die Recherche und die Bereitstellung von spezialisiertem Personal für unsere Kunden für diese Tätigkeiten umfassen.

Aktuell erweitern wir unser Team und stellen ab sofort ein: 1 Legal & Contract Manager (m/f/d)

Dein Aufgabenbereich

Von der Vertragsgestaltung bis zum Claim Management - als Legal & Contract Manager begleitest Du unsere Projekte in allen wesentlichen rechtlichen und vertraglichen Fragestellungen und verbindest dabei juristische Expertise mit wirtschaftlichem Verständnis.

Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Fachbereiche, prüfst, erstellst und verhandelst Verträge mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Nachunternehmen und analysierst Vertrags- und Projektrisiken. Im Claim- und Nachtragsmanagement übernimmst Du Verantwortung für die Prüfung, Bewertung, Durchsetzung und Abwehr von Forderungen und arbeitest dabei eng mit Projektleitung und Projektcontrolling zusammen.

Darüber hinaus begleitest Du unsere Projekte von der Angebots- über die Abwicklungs- bis zur Gewährleistungsphase. Du unterstützt bei Compliance- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertragsstandards, Mustervorlagen, Prozesse und Richtlinien mit. Auch bei Vertrags- und Claim-Verhandlungen bringst Du Deine Expertise unmittelbar ein.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, idealerweise mit einschlägiger Erfahrung im Vertrags- und Wirtschaftsrecht

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrags- und Claim Management, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld

* Erfahrung im Anlagenbau oder Projektgeschäft von Vorteil

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Vertragsmanagement-Tools von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit

* Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
