Geef legal advies bij onder meer projectfinanciering in de samenwerking tussen privaat en publiek. 24 - 40 uur · Tilburg Wat jij gaat doen: - Adviseren bij projectfinancieringstransacties en vraagstukken omtrent projectfinanciering (EFB). - Adviseren van de collega's van BOM en schakelen met externe juristen. - Beoordelen, onderhandelen en waar nodig opstellen van overeenkomsten. - Toezicht houden op juridische compliance en risico's binnen de organisatie. - Bijdragen aan het beleid, de strategie en inrichting van BOM vanuit een juridisch oogpunt. Voor je start: Je bent proactief, analytisch en wil een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan onze missie. - Een afgeronde masteropleiding in rechtsgeleerdheid (Nederlandse recht). - Minimaal 3 jaar vergelijkbare werkervaring. - Salaris tussen €4.000 en €5.700 bruto per maand. - Drijfveer om bij te dragen aan maatschappelijke impact. - Makkelijk schakelen tussen onderwerpen en teams. - Energie van innovatie en investeren met impact. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en sensitiseren op verschillende belangen en dynamieken tussen stakeholders. - Verder kijken dan het juridisch perspectief en sensitiseren voor de organisatiestructuur en context waarin de BOM opereert. - Pre: begrip en ervaring met de wijze waarop (lokale) overheden zijn georganiseerd en te werk gaan.
