Legal Counsel Location: Leiden, Netherlands Function: Other Functions Als onderdeel van het Legal Affairs team van HEINEKEN Nederland werk je aan inhoudelijk uitdagende juridische vraagstukken op verschillende rechtsgebieden. Dit doe je samen met een leuk en ervaren team waarin je zelfstandig werkt, maar altijd kunt sparren met behulpzame collega-juristen. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat je er nooit alleen voor staat! Wat ga je doen? Als (junior) Legal Counsel ben je een belangrijk juridisch aanspreekpunt voor onze interne klanten en externe stakeholders. Je ondersteunt en adviseert hen over een breed scala aan commerciële en juridische onderwerpen. Je denkt mee om juridische en financiële risico's te beperken en collega's verantwoorde keuzes te laten maken, terwijl je ook commerciële kansen en belangen in het oog houdt. Kerntaken - Het juridisch adviseren en ondersteunen van collega's binnen o.a. de Horeca-, Retail- en Marketingorganisatie; - Het beoordelen, opstellen en begeleiden van uiteenlopende commerciële overeenkomsten, in het bijzonder samenwerkings- en financieringsovereenkomsten voor de Horecaorganisatie. - Het adviseren over betalingsachterstanden, incassotrajecten, de uitwinning van zekerheden en, waar nodig, gerechtelijke procedures en executiemaatregelen; - Het onderhouden van goed contact met interne klanten en externe stakeholders, zoals advocaten, deurwaarders, notarissen en overheidsinstanties. - Het meedenken over juridische processen en de verdere verbetering en digitalisering daarvan. - Het volgen van relevante wet- en regelgeving en juridische ontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar heldere, praktisch toepasbare adviezen voor de organisatie. Dit ben jij Je bent nauwkeurig, analytisch sterk en leergierig. Je kunt juridische vraagstukken uitstekend doorgronden, maar hebt vooral ook oog en gevoel voor de commerciële context waarin je adviseert. Je werkt zelfstandig, nee...
