Legal Counsel Onze opdrachtgever Rail Innovators Group is een private holding die actief is binnen meerdere disciplines van de spoorwegindustrie met de merken Railrelease, Raillogix en Rail Force One. Het eerste bedrijf van de groep werd in 2005 opgericht in Nederland, waar het hoofdkantoor nog steeds is gevestigd. In heel Europa is de groep actief in 23 landen en heeft dochterondernemingen in Tsjechië en Polen. De bedrijven zijn bekende spelers op verschillende gebieden van de markt, zoals het verhuren van wagons, spoorweglogistiek, het uitvoeren van tractiediensten en het verhandelen en adviseren van spoorwegactiva. Met de bedrijvengroep is het hun doel om de spoorwegindustrie verder te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan een duurzame logistieke toeleveringsketen. Functie omschrijving Als Legal Counsel ben je verantwoordelijk voor algemene juridische advisering en voor het beoordelen, onderhandelen en adviseren over diverse contracten binnen onze groep. Je komt te werken in een stimulerende omgeving waarin je de kans krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan de groei van ons bedrijf. Het legal team is vrij nieuw en bestaat inclusief jijzelf uit 3 mensen. Jij bouwt zelf mee aan de groei van het team en zal hier veel ruimte krijgen voor eigen inbreng en zelfstandigheid. We zoeken iemand die sterk analytisch en pragmatisch is. Een overzicht van jouw werkzaamheden: - Je beoordeelt, onderhandelt en adviseert over contracten binnen de verschillende business units van de groep. Dit kunnen zowel commerciële logistieke of lease contracten zijn als onderhoudscontracten en inkoopcontracten; - Je stelt in samenspraak met de Legal Director algemene voorwaarden en standaard contracten op binnen de verschillende business units van de groep en onderhoudt deze; - Je hebt een rol in de juridische advisering en ondersteuning bij juridisch complexere claims; - Je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd juridisch advies aan commerciële en ande...
