Dan gaan we graag met je in gesprek! Dit wordt jouw baan Als Legal Counsel (Bedrijfsjurist) ondersteun je de raad van bestuur en zorg je voor effectieve juridische advisering binnen De Hoop Terneuzen, haar dochterbedrijven en deelnemingen. Je draagt bij aan het beheersen van risico's en het waarborgen van rechtszekerheid binnen de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met deskundige collega's en hebt veel contact met de raad van bestuur, directies van dochterbedrijven en stafdiensten. Daarnaast onderhoud je externe contacten met o.a. juridische specialisten. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren over bedrijfsjuridische vraagstukken en risico's; - Begeleiden van geschillen en gerechtelijke procedures; - Optreden als intermediair bij externe juridische partijen zoals advocaten en notarissen; - Signaleren van juridische ontwikkelingen en vertalen naar praktisch beleid; - Opstellen, beoordelen en uitwerken van juridische documenten en contracten; - Ondersteunen van algemene werkzaamheden binnen het directiesecretariaat.
