Je adviseert proactief en zorgt dat contracten niet alleen juridisch solide zijn, maar ook werkbaar in de praktijk. De projecten bij Siemens Mobility zijn veelzijdig en vinden plaats in een gereguleerde omgeving waarin publieke verantwoordelijkheid, veiligheid en langdurige contractuele verplichtingen centraal staan. Denk aan projecten voor publieke vervoerorganisaties en overheidsgerelateerde opdrachtgevers. Als Legal Counsel Commerical Law ben je nauw betrokken bij de beheersing van contractuele risico's gedurende de volledige levenscyclus van een project: vanaf de aanbesteding tot aan het einde van de onderhoudsperiode. Dat betekent dat je dicht op de business zit: je begrijpt de belangen van sales, bid management, project management en business administration en vertaalt juridische risico's naar praktisch uitvoerbare oplossingen.
