Krijg jij energie van uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken? Wil je jouw expertise inzetten binnen een internationale commerciële omgeving en weet je juridische risico's te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen voor de business? Dan is deze rol als Legal Counsel IT bij B&S een mooie volgende stap. Verleg jouw grenzen als Legal Counsel IT Als Legal Counsel IT maak je onderdeel uit van het Legal Team van B&S Group, dat bestaat uit 7 collega's. Vanuit Dordrecht ondersteunen we alle segmenten van onze internationale organisatie. Je werkt samen met onder andere IT, Commerce, HR, Finance en management en staat daarmee midden in de business. Je pakt verschillende juridische en contractuele zaken op, met IT-recht als jouw specialisme en een belangrijke focus op privacyrecht. Daarnaast adviseer je over juridische ontwikkelingen op het gebied van AI. Ook denk je mee over de inzet van AI en andere digitale tools binnen het Legal Team. Door het internationale karakter van B&S werk je regelmatig met Engelstalige overeenkomsten. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen over IT- en technologiecontracten - Adviseren over juridische vraagstukken rondom IT, digitalisering, data, e-commerce en nieuwe technologieën - Zelfstandig behandelen van privacyvraagstukken en nauw samenwerken met onze Legal Counsel Privacy - Adviseren over en bijdragen aan de implementatie en naleving van de AI Act - Signaleren en vertalen van relevante wet- en regelgeving naar praktische oplossingen voor B&S - Gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren van collega's en management over juridische risico's en oplossingen - Samenwerken met de andere Legal Counsels en lokale juridische adviseurs in het buitenland Dit ben jij Je bent een pr...
