Om ons Legal Customer Services team te versterken, zijn we opzoek naar een Legal Officer. Ben jij een jurist met een passie voor sociaal recht en een sterke klantgerichtheid? Werk je resultaatgericht, neem je initiatief en wil je het verschil maken voor klanten? Dan is deze functie precies wat je zoekt.

Als Legal Officer ben jij de juridische gesprekspartner van jouw klantenportefeuille. Je vertaalt complexe sociale wetgeving naar duidelijke en bruikbare oplossingen en bouwt een sterke vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten.

Je dagelijkse taken:

  • Je biedt juridisch advies op het gebied van sociaal recht en helpt klanten hun juridische en financiële risico's te beperken en hun werking te optimaliseren.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, analyseert hun vragen en geeft concrete, toepasbare adviezen.
  • Je start juridische dossiers zelfstandig op, bepaalt de prioriteiten en beheert deze in overleg met de klant.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en geeft deze door aan de juiste diensten.
  • Je werkt samen met interne experts om geïntegreerde en kwalitatieve ondersteuning te bieden.
  • Je houdt je kennis up-to-date en draagt actief bij aan de verbetering van procedures, processen en methodes.
  • Je geeft presentaties en/of workshops voor klanten in de materie van het sociaal recht.

Vereisten

¿ Wie ben jij ?

  • Je hebt een master in de rechten en een eerste ervaring in het sociaal recht of arbeidsrecht.
  • Je bent klantgericht en resultaatgericht: je denkt mee met de klant en vertaalt hun behoeften naar concrete oplossingen.
  • Je werkt proactief, georganiseerd en communiceert duidelijk en assertief.
  • Je neemt ownership over jouw dossiers en projecten, adviseert zelfstandig en ziet commerciële kansen.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met positieve energie en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, en je deelt graag kennis met collega's.
  • Je hebt een C1-niveau Nederlands. Kennis van Frans is een troef.
